Do you organise the whole function or just the catering?
Either. Many clients book us for full event management: food, tables, chairs, linen, crockery, equipment, décor, serving staff — and live entertainment through our partner, professional solo entertainer Mark Beeling. One coordinator, one quote, one point of contact.
What size functions do you cater?
From intimate dinners of 4 to functions of 2 000 – 3 000 guests. We scale kitchens, staff and serving lines to the event — our track record includes corporate functions of exactly that size.
Can you cater at any venue?
Yes — halls, gardens, marquees, offices, farms and private homes across Johannesburg and Pretoria. No kitchen on site? Not a problem: we bring mobile equipment and have run full-service functions in open fields.
Do you supply tables, equipment and staff?
Yes. Tables, chairs, linen, glassware, chafing dishes, gazebos and marquee coordination, plus trained serving and bar staff. You can book it all through us instead of juggling five suppliers.
Can you arrange music and entertainment?
We work closely with Mark Beeling, a professional solo entertainer who reads a room brilliantly — from background dinner sets to getting the dance floor going. We can also coordinate DJs and other acts on request.
