Midrand still has what most of Joburg lost: space. Smallholdings in Glen Austin, estate lawns in Blue Hills, big corporate campuses with actual grass — all perfect ground for a spit braai. Our chef roasts on site, the machine travels with us, and salads, sides and rolls are included.
For corporate team days we run the same package on office campuses: the fire does the team-building. From ±R150 per person for 30 guests upward.
